Nominations are now open for the 2013/14 term on the Executive Council. Nomination forms must be received at the VBL Office by Sunday the 21st of April.
The order of business at the Annual General Meeting shall be:
- Opening by the President
- Roll Call
- Reading and Confirmation of Previous Minutes
- Business Arising from the Minutes
- Adoption of the Minutes
- Annual Report
- Presentation of Financial Report
- Independent Financial Review
- Election of Executive Councillors and Office Bearers
- Appointments of an Independent Financial Reviewer and a Public Officer
- General Business
The VBL AGM will be followed immediately by a Delegates’ Meeting.
