Nominations are now open for the 2015/16 term on the Executive Council. Nomination forms must be received at the VBL Office by Sunday 22nd of February.
The order of business at the Annual General Meeting shall be:
- Opening by the President
- Roll Call
- Reading and Confirmation of Previous Minutes
- Business Arising from the Minutes
- Adoption of the Minutes
- Annual Report
- Presentation of Financial Report
- Independent Financial Review
- Election of Executive Councillors and Office Bearers
- Appointments of an Independent Financial Reviewer and a Public Officer
- General Business
The VBL AGM will be followed immediately by a Delegates’ Meeting. Lunch will be provided. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and RSVP your attendance and any dietary requirements you may have by the 15th of March 2015.
