VBL Delegates Committee
The Delegates Committee is made up of delegates representing the member bands of the Victorian Bands League. It meets four times per year and is the overall governing body of the League. The Delegates Committee elects the Executive Council and various other subcommittees to undertake work for the League between Delegates meetings. The Delegates Committee is chaired by the President of the League.
