Time Limit Increased for Hymn at State Brass Band Championships
At its meeting on Tuesday evening, the Executive Council of the Victorian Bands' League agreed to extend the time limit for the hymn component at the Victorian State Brass Band Championships from three (3) minutes to six (6) minutes.
This decision was made to better reflect the nature of contemporary hymn arrangements and also to bring the time limit into line with the National Championships.
