VBL Constitution
The Constitution was amended on 1st March 2020 at a Special General Meeting. All queries with regards to the VBL Constitution should be directed to the VBL Office by emailing vbl@vbl.org.au.
Contest Rules
These rules affect the State Solo & Ensemble Championships, the State Band Championships and any other competitions run under the auspices of the VBL.
